The Smart for Life Program was created to help you easily follow these guidelines by offering healthy, pre-portioned meals that are convenient, don’t require cooking, and taste amazing. Because you’re eating multiple small meals that are high in protein and fiber, you won’t be hungry like you would be on many other diets.

Simple and Easy to Follow Diet
- Enjoy six (6) Smart Cookies per day, or the equivalent in shakes, soups, cupcakes and protein bars
- Eat a healthy and filling evening meal (consisting of six (6) ounces of a lean protein and at least two, preferably five servings of non-starchy vegetables)
- Drink a minimum of eight, 8-ounce glasses of fluids daily. Water is a must!
- To ensure proper nutrition and effective weight loss, you may incorporate Smart for Life vitamins and supplements into the program.
Retrain Your Body to:
- Eat multiple, small meals throughout the day
- Eat only when hungry; preferably every 2-3 hours
- Drink plenty of fluids, preferably with water
- Select the right foods when preparing meals
- Treat each cookie, soup, protein bar, shake, or cupcake as a meal
It is important to eat all six Smart Cookies, (or the equivalent in soups, shakes, protein bars and cupcakes) every day to meet your daily protein and caloric requirements. If you do not follow the Smart for Life plan exactly, you may feel tired and not lose weight. Treat each cookie as a meal, because it is. Eat it slowly and chew it well. Drink water until you are satisfied.
